Can I ask you questions after the order is over?
Of course! I take pride in my customer service, so feel free to ask me any questions you have, anytime, and I will try to answer as soon as possible.
What can you do, what fields are you experienced in?
I've got 5+ years of professional experience in web development and software development/AI/design, ML, Business automation, chatbots, reverse engineering. Experience in deep learning, technical writing, so I can give you all sorts of feedback along while developing your project!
What coding language will you write the bot in?
Depends on your order as I'll pick the best language for the task. You can also request the bot to be written in a certain language if you already have a certain tech stack. In any case, the language is never an issue! I usually pick NodeJS, Python, or Java for the language.
Can you make a website for the bot?
Absolutely! I can make anything you wish to go with the bot: desktop applications, websites, anything. I can even integrate the bot into a videogame of your choice, our only limits are the time frame, the budget and imagination.
Can the bot do things outside of Discord?
Absolutely! We can use Discord as simply a means to pass commands to a program, in reality it can do anything you want. Or the bot can stay entirely within Discord, it's completely up to you. Message me and we'll discuss the details.
Can you work on an existing bot?
I can! It might turn out to be easier to rewrite it from scratch depending on how well the previous programmer designed it. You can send me the source code and we'll see it from there.
What does "hosting" mean? Will you help me get the bot running after delivering the code?
Hosting is a service that will run your bot's code 24/7 for you. You can also host it yourself on your computer or on a remote server. Besides delivering you the code, I offer hosting setup services - I can connect to your hosting/VPS and go through all the necessary steps to set up your bot!
Will you fix the bot if Discord makes a change that breaks the bot in the future?
I guarantee free bug fixes for any oversights made by me! I offer no guarantees for issues caused by third parties, but, if it's simple enough - I will usually attempt to fix it for free, and I will always offer support in form of advice and guidance. Please DM me for the complete warranty document!
How will you set up hosting, do I need to give you hosting credentials?
In some cases, to set up the bot hosting (e.g DigitalOcean), you'll need to add me to your hosting account team, for which I'll need to send you my hosting attached gmail address. We must still communicate within Fiverr. The email's only shared because it is absolutely necessary for the order.
Can we communicate outside of Fiverr?
We must communicate within Fiverr, as per Fiverr's ToS. However, once we've started the order - I will be able to join your discord server to help you set it up, in case you need any assistance. This is an exception that Fiverr allows, as it is absolutely required for the completion of the order.
