After working in the fitness industry for 10+ years with hundreds of different clients, as a personal trainer, and also operations manager, I have gained a very good understanding of what people need in order to live their best and happiest lives, without having to sacrifice everything they enjoy. I am living proof of this, I can still enjoy some of my "unhealthy habits'', while still loving life and being in the best possible shape.
