Can you migrate Dentrix data to Curve Dental?
Yes. I use exports and the new software’s import tools, clean duplicates first, then check sample records after import. Some data types may need vendor help, and I flag that early.
Do you do Eaglesoft to Open Dental migration?
Yes. I plan the export, map fields, run a test import and check results before go-live. Imaging files often move separately, so I confirm that with you at the start.
Will I lose patient charts or balances?
The plan is built to prevent it. I run a test migration, compare sample charts and ledgers, and keep your old system read-only for reference until you confirm everything is correct.
Can you automate dental recall and reminders?
Yes. I set up recall lists and automated text and email reminders inside your software or a connected tool such as NexHealth or Weave, based on what you already use.
Do you offer dental CRM setup for my practice?
Yes. I configure patient records, schedules, recall and follow-up inside your dental practice management software so your team stops doing it by hand. Scope depends on your package.
Can you move us from server to cloud software?

How long does a dental migration take?
Basic setups can take a few days. Full migrations often take one to three weeks depending on data size and cleanliness. I give a clear timeline after reviewing your system.
