Turn a messy product list into a traceable file for review. I clean supplied Excel or CSV tables using agreed rules for IDs, categories, dates and numeric fields.
Choose up to 100, 1500 or 3000 rows. Each package covers one flat table with up to 10 columns and one set of rules. I standardize formats, remove agreed exact duplicates and flag conflicting or missing values without guessing.
You receive a cleaned XLSX and CSV, the preserved source, an exception list, a duplicate log and a change summary. Every source row is accounted for. Unresolved records are returned separately.
Packages do not include scraping, manual product research, PDF extraction, macros, live store uploads or complex formula repair. Send a redacted sample before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
Communication is through written Fiverr messages, without calls. I use AI-assisted tools for processing, checks and written English, subject to your data requirements. The gallery is a fictional concept sample, not client work.

Can we work without a call?
Yes. Briefing, questions, feedback and delivery use written Fiverr messages. Calls and live or recorded interviews are not included.
Do you use AI-assisted tools?
Yes, for drafting, data processing, checks and written English. Discuss confidentiality and tool restrictions before ordering. Use only materials you are authorized to share; I review and customize the output.
Are these samples paid client work?
No. The gallery contains self-initiated concept projects using fictional business information, not paid commissions or performance claims.
What is included in a revision?
One consolidated feedback list applying the original rules to the original source file. A new dataset, new matching logic or additional columns require a separate agreed scope.
Will you guess missing data or merge similar products?
No. Missing or conflicting values are flagged for your decision. Exact duplicate rules are agreed first. Fuzzy matching, enrichment and automatic merging of similar products are outside the packages.
Can you upload the result to my store?
These packages deliver files for your review. They do not include production imports, store access or a guarantee that an unspecified platform will accept the file.
Are formulas and personal customer records included?
The standard scope is a flat product table with values, not a workbook with macros or complex formulas. Do not send personal customer records; share a redacted sample and discuss any special data restrictions first.
