About this gig
- Complex builds are the ones standard factories turn down: multi-layer outerwear, panelled and boned construction, leather and varsity jackets, heavy wash programmes. That is the work I take on.
12+ years in Guangdong, with my own factory and sampling room. Pattern making, cutting, sewing and finishing under one roof.
How it works:
1. I tell you what is actually producible at your target price, before you spend on a sample
2. One sample built to your sketch, tech pack or reference garment
3. Fit session and corrections, with the pattern updated so the approved sample can be repeated
4. Optional full package: CAD pattern, size grading S-XXL and a production tech pack
A basic sample takes about 14 working days; complex and leather builds up to 30. Materials, shipping and special processes are quoted separately through a Custom Offer.

Difference between "design sketch" and "Industrial Tech Pack"?
A sketch is a concept. My Tech Pack is a factory-ready blueprint. It includes CAD measurements, grading (S-XL), BOM, hardware specs (YKK/Riri), and sewing instructions. It tells the factory exactly how to build your garment to prevent errors.
Do you help with manufacturing and sourcing in China?
Yes. Based in the Greater Bay Area, I offer Manufacturing Support as an extra service. Once your Tech Pack is finalized, I can introduce vetted factories or source specific fabrics/hardware from my local supply chain network.
I only have a logo. Can you design a full jacket from scratch?
Yes, we specialize in "0 to 1" design. Please provide a mood board, fit references, and your logo (AI/PNG). The more context you provide, the more precise our engineering will be.
Who owns the final designs and files?
You own 100% of the IP. Upon delivery, all rights, source files (AI, PDF), and patterns transfer to you. We strictly respect client confidentiality and never share designs without permission.
Why do you mention you are often "offline" or at the factory?
I prioritize Deep Work on the factory floor to ensure production reality, not just sitting at a desk. I may not reply instantly, but I guarantee a high-quality, substantial response within 24 hours.
