FAQ
Will I get the Power BI (.pbix) file?
Yes. Every package includes the .pbix file, so you own the dashboard and can edit or extend it later.
Do I need a paid Power BI license?
Not to open it: Power BI Desktop is free. Sharing it online with your team usually needs Power BI Pro licenses. I'll recommend the cheapest setup for your situation before we start.
Can you connect to KoboToolbox, ODK or REDCap?
Yes. I can work from exports, or connect directly (Kobo synchronous exports, ODK Central's OData feed, the REDCap API, where your access allows) so the dashboard updates as new submissions come in.
My data is messy. Can you still help?
Yes. Standard and Premium include cleaning in Power Query. For Basic, send me a sample first and I'll tell you whether it needs the messy data cleanup extra.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I'll sign an NDA on request, use your data only for your project, and delete my copies after delivery.
