My service covers planning and advisory — I create your itinerary and recommend specific hotels, operators, and transport options. Actual bookings are made by you directly or through a Uganda tour operator I can recommend. I can advise you on exactly how to book each element.
Can you plan a budget trip to Uganda?
Absolutely. I plan trips at every budget level — backpacker budget of $50 per day all the way to luxury safari experiences at $500+ per day. Tell me your budget and I will design a realistic itinerary around it.
I only want to see gorillas — can you plan just that?
Yes. I can plan a focused 3–5 day Bwindi gorilla trekking trip including getting to Bwindi, where to stay, permit costs and how to book them, and what to expect on the trek day.
Do you cover other East Africa countries alongside Uganda?
Yes. I can include Rwanda (gorilla trekking extension and Kigali), Kenya (Nairobi connection and Masai Mara), and Tanzania in a wider East Africa itinerary if needed — available in the Premium package.
How do I receive my itinerary?
