Which streaming platforms do you support?
I support all major platforms including Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Live, Kick, Trovo, and multi streaming through Restream. If you stream on a platform not listed, feel free to message me chances are I can still help.
Do I need a high-end PC to get a professional stream setup?
Not necessarily. I optimize your OBS or Stream labs settings specifically for your hardware, so you get the best possible quality from whatever PC or laptop you're working with.
Can you fix my existing OBS or Stream labs setup if it's already broken?
Yes troubleshooting is one of my specialties. Dropped frames, black screens, audio sync issues, encoding errors I diagnose and fix them all. Just message me with a description of the problem before ordering.
How do we work together? Do I need to give you access to my PC?
Yes, for most setups I use a remote desktop session (via Any Desk or TeamViewer) so I can configure everything directly. If you prefer a guided setup where I walk you through it step by step, that's available too.
What's included in the stream overlay and alert design?
I design and install custom overlays including starting soon screens, BRB screens, animated alerts, and stream panels all integrated directly into your OBS or Stream labs setup so everything is ready to go live.
Do you offer support after the setup is complete?
