Need to turn a messy registration export into a usable contact list?
I organize structured Excel and CSV contact data for small teams and nonprofit coordinators. Choose Basic ($15, up to 100 rows), Standard ($20, up to 200), or Premium ($25, up to 300). Each covers one file, one worksheet, up to 10 input columns, 2-day delivery, and one in-scope revision.
I can split one consistently delimited field into up to three agreed columns, remove only exact duplicate rows, standardize agreed labels and clear dates, and flag missing or conflicting values. IDs and source values are preserved.
You receive a cleaned XLSX and CSV, original data, a change log, and a review list for anything uncertain.
Please message me with a small redacted sample and your required columns before ordering. Multiple files, mixed structures, guessed details, email verification, and CRM uploads are not included. Unclear values are flagged, never invented.

What counts as a row?
The limit is the number of data records before duplicate removal, excluding the header, in one worksheet with up to 10 input columns.
What kind of combined data can you split?
One consistent pattern with clear separators and an agreed field order, such as Name=Emma Reed|Email=emma@example.org|City=Boston. Mixed patterns need a separate quote.
Will you delete records with the same name or ID?
No. I remove only rows identical across every original field. Similar records with different details are retained and flagged for your decision.
What happens to missing or unclear values?
I preserve the source values and list questions in a review file. I do not guess dates, invent contacts, or claim to verify email delivery.
What will I receive?
A cleaned XLSX workbook and CSV, original data, a change log, and a review list. Import CSV as text if leading-zero IDs must be preserved.
What does one revision include?
One consolidated revision to the same file within the agreed rules. New files, more rows, or different transformations require a separate quote.
Can you merge files, enrich contacts, or upload to a CRM?
Those tasks are outside this offer. This service organizes one existing contact list; it does not scrape, research, validate email inboxes, or upload to other services.
How should I share my file?
Start with a small redacted sample. Confirm you are authorized to share the full file and tell me any tool or data-handling restrictions before ordering.
