About this Gig
Get monthly and product sales totals, with questionable rows kept in a separate issue list. I combine 1-3 CSVs in the exact seven-column layout below, up to 100 data rows total, covering all supplied months.
Receive an XLSX workbook, combined CSV, issues CSV, and notes. Each row keeps its source file and row number. I hold duplicate IDs, invalid dates, missing products, and amount mismatches for review. Source total = accepted total + held total. Editing inputs later requires a new run.
Required header:
order_id,order_date,market,product,quantity,unit_price_usd,amount_usd
Use UTF-8, YYYY-MM-DD dates, whole-number quantities, and USD amounts with up to 2 decimals. IDs must identify one row within the agreed scope. Multiple product lines sharing a valid order ID, other layouts, refunds, tax, shipping, and currency conversion are outside this offer.

What does one revision include?
One consolidated revision request within the agreed source files and scope. I correct my transcription or calculation errors without an extra charge. New files, additional rows or changed requirements need a separate quote.
Will the issue list update when I edit the workbook?
The issue list reflects the files supplied for that delivery. Changing the inputs requires a new run; this is a one-time report.
How do you use AI and store my data?
I use OpenAI Codex to assist processing and checking, with your approval before real files are sent. We agree storage and retention beforehand. Google Drive or Sheets require separate approval. I cannot promise a no-AI workflow under this offer.
