I secured a ₩5,800,000 grant from the University of Utah to fund research and programming, synthesizing complex policy data into actionable reports. I also negotiated contractor agreements and managed end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable community engagement outcomes. During this time, I created a 4-part mini docu-series, several marketing events, and designed a website. This project reached 5-10% of the entire student body, who gave feedback that "this was an issue I didn't know more about and look forward to learning."
