Do I need any technical knowledge to use the workflow?

Will this work with my existing Gmail or Outlook account?
Yes. The workflow supports Gmail out of the box. Outlook/Microsoft 365 is available on Standard and Premium packages. Just mention which one you use when you place your order.
Is my email data safe?
Yes. The workflow runs on your own n8n instance, so your emails never pass through any third-party server I control. Only the email content is sent to the AI API (OpenAI/Groq) for generating replies — same as using ChatGPT yourself.
What if the AI sends a wrong or embarrassing reply?
The Basic package saves everything as drafts so you approve before sending. On Standard and Premium, I configure filters so only routine emails are auto-replied — anything complex or unusual gets flagged and forwarded to you.
Can I customize what the AI says or the tone it uses?
Yes, on the Premium package I configure a custom AI persona based on your business, tone, and common reply templates. For Basic and Standard, the AI uses a professional neutral tone by default.
