What kinds of products can you create a strategy for?
I work with apps, games, SaaS platforms, AI products, websites and other digital ventures. Your idea can be brand new, partially planned or already prototyped.
What information do you need from me?
I need your concept, intended users, business goals, known competitors, desired features, constraints and any existing notes or designs. A structured questionnaire will guide you.
What is the difference between the three packages?
Basic validates one idea and defines its MVP direction. Standard adds deeper research, KPIs, roadmap and core PRD. Premium adds full specifications, user stories, architecture and a build-ready handoff.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive a polished PDF and editable source documents appropriate to the package. These normally include DOCX files and, when useful, XLSX worksheets for roadmaps, features or KPIs.
Does this Gig include coding or software development?
No. The base packages provide product strategy, requirements and build documentation. Website development, branding, SEO and implementation are available through selected extras or separate Gigs.
How do you use AI in the project?
I use advanced AI to accelerate research, organization, comparison and scenario analysis. I personally direct, verify, edit and tailor every final deliverable. You will not receive a generic template dump.
What does competition research include?
Research uses reliable publicly available information to compare positioning, features and market approaches. It does not include paid databases, private financial data or customer surveys unless separately agreed.
What counts as a revision?
A revision refines the agreed deliverable using your original requirements. A new product direction, additional feature groups, more competitors or expanded scope requires an extra or custom offer.
Will my product idea remain confidential?
I treat your materials as confidential and use them only to complete the order. Final original deliverables are created for your project and provided according to Fiverr’s ownership terms.
Should I message you before ordering?
