Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes, especially for Workflow or Deep projects. Please message me first with what the app should do, what is going wrong, and your platform or stack. This helps confirm scope and the right package. Clearly bounded Focused issues may be ordered directly
What kinds of apps can you work on?
I focus on AI-built web apps, MVPs, and modern web applications, including projects created with tools such as Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Base44, and Cursor. Compatibility depends on the codebase, stack, access available, and the issue being investigated.
Can you guarantee my app or bug will be fixed?
No. Every inherited codebase and failure is different. I will diagnose and perform bounded repair work within the agreed scope, but no responsible debugging service can guarantee that every issue is repairable or that every defect in an application will be discovered.
What counts as a revision?
For this service, a revision means a bounded remediation pass for a reproducible failure within the originally agreed scope. New features, changed requirements, unrelated defects, or expanded scope are not revisions and may require a separate or custom order.
What access will you need to my project?
Only the access reasonably needed for the agreed work. This may include source code, a repository, project files, logs, or a development environment. Please do not send production passwords or sensitive credentials unless we have specifically discussed a secure need for them
Do you use AI tools during development and repair?
Yes. Digital Inkwell uses AI-assisted development tools in engineering, testing, research, and repair workflows while retaining human direction, review, and responsibility. Automated testing does not replace the hands-on human functional QA included in App Rescue.
Should I back up my project before ordering?
Yes. Please maintain a current backup or recoverable version before repair work begins. Do not send sensitive customer data, secrets, or unnecessary production credentials. If your project involves unusually sensitive systems or access, please contact me before ordering.
Are deployment and ongoing maintenance included?
Not by default. Deployment, hosting or database migration, DNS work, app-store submission, long-term maintenance, monitoring, and ongoing engineering support are separate unless specifically agreed. If you need one of these, message me so we can determine appropriate scope.
Which App Rescue package should I choose?
Choose Focused for a localized issue or related symptoms, Workflow for a broader workflow or multiple related issues, and Deep for broader defect clusters requiring deeper diagnosis and testing. If you are unsure, message me before ordering and I will help determine the fit.
