Do you need remote access to my computer?
Not always. Many problems I can solve by guiding you step by step. If a screen share session is the fastest route, we do it through a tool you install yourself and close when we're done - you stay in control the whole time.
Can you fix my printer or Wi-Fi, not just my PC?
Yes. Printers, routers, Wi-Fi coverage and network setup are a big part of what I do. Tell me the brand and model when you message me.
Do you work in French?

What if you can't fix my problem?
I'll tell you before you order. If we start and the issue turns out to be hardware failure, I'll identify exactly which part failed and what it costs to replace, so the money isn't wasted.
How fast can you start?
I'm in Montreal (EST). If you message me during North American hours, you'll usually get an answer within the hour, and we can often start the same day with the express delivery option.
