I will create event loops and countdowns for your led wall

About this gig
Your event deserves more than a static logo on a black screen.
I create seamless video loops for LED walls and projection screens: walk-in loops, countdowns, break screens, animated agendas and sponsor loops. As an event project manager and certified event technician, I know what works on show day, and my files play on site without surprises.
What you get:
- Seamless loops in your brand colours, fonts and logo
- Modern motion design: soft gradients, kinetic typography, clean layouts
- The exact resolution of your LED wall, including wide formats
- MP4 (H.264), optionally ProRes (MOV) for media servers
- Silent by default, so nothing interferes with the room sound
- A preview before the final export
Perfect for: conferences, kick-offs, galas, product launches, award shows and trade fair stands.
Send me your logo, colours, event date and screen resolution. Not sure about the resolution? Message me and I'll tell you exactly what to ask your AV company.

FAQ
Will the loop really be seamless?
Yes. The first and last frame match, so the loop can run for hours without a visible jump.
How long is a loop?
30 seconds by default. Countdowns run in real time, for example 5 or 10 minutes, and end exactly at zero.
Which resolution do I need?
Ask your AV company for the pixel size of your LED wall or projector. I can deliver any resolution, including wide LED formats like 3840 × 1080.
Which file do I give my AV company?
MP4 (H.264) plays on almost every laptop and player. ProRes (MOV) is for professional media servers. When in doubt, I deliver both.
Can you add music?
Yes, if you send licensed music. By default loops are silent so they don't interfere with the room sound.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo as a vector file, brand colours, event name and date, the screen resolution and the texts you want to show.
