Throughout my Internship,I actively contributed to major initiatives such as the Imagen Ventures Youth Challenge 2024–25, Shomotai Tarunno and the Divisional Meetup. My involvement spanned a wide range of responsibilities, including planning youth engagement campaigns, supporting volunteer recruitment and training, coordinating capacity-building workshops and contributing to social media outreach efforts. I also provided logistical support during events, managed youth communication and assisted Institutional Representatives in various capacities. I approached my responsibilities with focus and professionalism. I demonstrated strong abilities in volunteer coordination, event planning, data reporting and email correspondence, while also providing consistent support in office operations. My participation in a wide range of online learning sessions, covering topics such as critical thinking, emotional intelligence, leadership and communication. I was reliable, met deadlines diligently and maintained a high standard across all tasks. My strong moral character and commitment to team values made him a respected and dependable member of the YDP team. As the Founder & Executive Director of JAAGO Foundation, I am pleased to endorse Md. Khalid Ferdoush.
