I also created GoHighLevel sales funnels and landing pages for property inquiries, buyer/seller lead capture, and appointment booking. Built GoHighLevel Workflow Automation for email and SMS follow-up, lead nurturing, appointment reminders, and pipeline movement. I also handled CRM integrations, domain configuration, and troubleshooting when forms, workflows, or automations weren't working as expected. This gave the team one place to see where each lead was and what follow-up needed to happen next.

I built the GoHighLevel AI Chatbot and connected the conversation flow to the CRM, allowing the agent to collect lead information, qualify prospects, answer common questions, and trigger the appropriate next step. I also worked with Conversation AI and AI voice platforms such as Vapi and Retell, connecting AI agents with GoHighLevel workflows, calendars, pipelines, and lead records. I tested different conversation paths, booking conditions, triggers, and handoff scenarios to make sure qualified leads reached the correct next step.

I also rebuilt website pages inside GoHighLevel and created GoHighLevel landing pages and sales funnels for ebook downloads, consultations, and discovery calls. Connected the funnels to automated email and SMS follow-up so leads could receive the right messages based on their actions. I also worked on domain/email setup, A2P 10DLC, troubleshooting, and automation testing before launch.
