FAQ
Do you use auto-tracing software?
No, I guarantee 100% manual tracing. I use the Pen Tool in Adobe Illustrator to redraw your logo or image to ensure the highest quality, clean lines, and perfect curves.
What file formats will I get?
Depending on the package you choose, you will receive high-resolution JPG, transparent PNG (300 DPI), and fully editable vector source files including AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF.
What if my image is very complex or highly detailed?
For complex images, 3D graphics, or detailed illustrations, the tracing process takes more time and effort. Please send me a message with your image before placing the order so we can discuss a custom price and time frame.
What if I am not satisfied with the final delivery?
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. I offer unlimited revisions in my packages, which means I will keep making adjustments until you are 100% happy with the final vector file.
