FAQ
Can the AI chatbot be trained on my specific business information?
Absolutely. In the Standard and Premium packages, I can "train" the ChatGPT model on your business data (like product descriptions, FAQs, or policies) so it can provide accurate, custom answers.
Will I be able to see the conversations the chatbot has?
Yes, in the Premium package, I will integrate a Firebase database that stores all conversation logs. This is perfect for quality control and gathering customer insights.
What do you need from me to get started?
All I need is your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, your OpenAI API key, and a clear document explaining what you want the chatbot to do (e.g., sample questions and answers).
Is this solution scalable if my message volume grows?
Yes. I build all solutions on scalable serverless architecture (like Firebase Functions or AWS Lambda), ensuring your chatbot can handle growth without performance issues.
I'm a new seller. Why should I trust you with my project?
As a new seller, my primary goal is to build a 5-star reputation. This means I am extra motivated to deliver exceptional quality, communicate clearly, and ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product. You get the benefit of my full attention and competitive pricing.
