FAQ
Q1: Will the AI reply according to my business?
A: Yes 100%. First you’ll send me your products, prices, and FAQs. Then I’ll train the AI on that. Otherwise it will give random answers 😅
Q2: Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
A: Yes, normal WhatsApp won’t work. If you don’t have a Business account, I’ll help you set it up. Takes 10 minutes only.
Q3: What if a customer asks something the AI doesn’t know?
A: The AI will try to answer. If it can’t, that message gets forwarded to you. And you can teach that answer to the AI later so it remembers.
Q4: What happens if the AI stops working after some days?
A: It won’t. I give 7 days of free support. After that if anything happens just message me and I’ll fix it.
Q5: How fast will I get delivery after I order?
A: Basic = 2 days, Standard = 3 days, Premium = 5 days. Need it faster? Use the "Extra Fast Delivery" option above.
