Do I need an approved WhatsApp Business account?
For live deployment, you need access to Meta Business Manager and a WhatsApp number. I can guide the setup, while approval and messaging fees remain with Meta.
Can the chatbot answer from my business data?
Yes. Standard and Premium can use RAG with your approved website content, documents, catalog or knowledge base to produce grounded, business-specific answers.
Can conversations be transferred to a human agent?
Yes. I can add clear escalation rules so complex or sensitive conversations are routed to your team with the available context.
Are API, hosting and WhatsApp fees included?
No. Meta conversation charges, OpenAI or other AI usage, hosting and third-party platform fees are paid directly by the buyer.
How long does it take to build the chatbot?
Basic takes about 14 days, Standard 21 days and Premium 30 days. Timelines start once I have your WhatsApp Business access, content and requirements. Urgent delivery is available as an extra.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. All packages include the full source code, and you keep ownership of the bot, its data and your WhatsApp Business account after delivery.
Do you provide support after delivery?

What do I need to provide to get started?
