1. What do you need from me to start?
Please send your logo or artwork, required embroidery size, placement such as cap, left chest or patch, and your preferred machine file format. Vector artwork is preferred, but high-quality PNG, JPG or PDF files are also accepted.
2. Which embroidery file formats do you provide?
I can provide DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX and other commonly used machine embroidery formats. EMB source files can also be provided on request.
3. Do you test the embroidery file on a real machine?
Yes. A real machine sew-out can be added for an additional charge. I will physically test the design and provide clear photos of the actual stitched result before final delivery.
4. Can you digitize designs specifically for caps and hats?
Yes. Cap designs are prepared with embroidery-friendly sequencing, including center-out and bottom-up stitching where appropriate, to help achieve cleaner production results.
5. Do you offer 3D Puff and applique digitizing?
Yes. I can prepare designs for flat embroidery, 3D Puff, applique, patches and combination embroidery. Please message me before ordering complex 3D Puff or applique artwork so I can recommend the correct package.
6. Can you digitize small lettering and detailed logos?
Yes, depending on the final embroidery size. Very small details may need to be simplified or adjusted to produce a cleaner stitch result. I will let you know if any artwork changes are recommended.
7. Can you resize an embroidery file after it has been digitized?
Minor size adjustments may be possible, but large size changes can require re-digitizing because stitch density, underlay and column widths need to be adjusted for proper embroidery.
8. What if I need changes after testing the file?
Reasonable embroidery adjustments are included according to your package. If you experience an issue during your test run, send me a photo of the result along with your fabric and machine details so I can review it.
