What kind of documents can the chatbot use?
PDFs, Word docs, FAQs, website content, and more. Send me your source material and I'll set up the pipeline to ingest and index it in Pinecone.
Will the chatbot make things up if it doesn't know the answer?
No. The chatbot only answers based on the content you provide. If the answer isn't in your documents, it will say so instead of guessing.
Can I update the chatbot's knowledge later?
Yes. You can add new documents anytime, and I can also set up the ingestion pipeline so you can update the knowledge base yourself without needing to contact me.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use this?
No. I handle the entire setup and hand over a working chatbot with documentation. You just provide the content it should be trained on.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
Every chatbot is tested before delivery. If something isn't working within the agreed scope, I'll fix it as part of your included revisions, genuine bugs, not new requests.
How long does the whole process take?
Basic setups typically take 3-5 days. More complex builds with CRM integration or a guided conversation flow may take up to 7 days, depending on how much content needs to be processed.
