What do you need to get started?
Your original CSV and a short explanation of what needs fixing. Name the important columns and show your preferred format if you have one. You do not need to write technical rules.
Will you remove duplicate SKUs?
I can remove identical repeated rows when you approve it. The same SKU with different details may represent a conflict or a valid product relationship, so I flag it for review instead of choosing which record to delete.
Will my SKUs and leading zeros stay intact?
Yes, identifier values are preserved in the CSV. When opening the result in Excel, import SKU and ID columns as Text so Excel does not remove zeros or alter long numbers. I include a short note explaining this.
What happens to missing or questionable information?
Rows needing a decision are kept in the review workbook with an explanation. I do not guess missing details. The cleaned CSV excludes those rows, and the summary accounts for all input rows.
Can you prepare files for Shopify or WooCommerce?
Please message me with a sample and the intended importer first. Product variants, images and update rules can need a separate scope. Standard packages cover catalog cleanup, not store uploads or guaranteed import compatibility.
What file and cleanup limits apply?
Each package covers one CSV up to 20 MB and 100 columns, with cleanup or checks on up to 10 selected columns. Exact label replacements can include up to 50 supplied pairs across two columns. For Excel files, multiple files or more involved changes, message me first.
What does the revision include?
One revision covers adjustments to the agreed cleanup on the original file. New files or additional tasks are quoted separately. If I missed an agreed instruction, I will correct it without an extra charge.
How do you handle my files?
I use your files to complete the order and do not publish them or use them as portfolio samples without permission. Please remove customer details or other information the cleanup does not need.
