I built a B2B revenue-engineering platform focused on identifying, quantifying, and addressing revenue leakage in fintech and payment infrastructure businesses. I did the following: • Designed and developed the platform and public website from concept to live deployment. • Built the automated waitlist layer connecting submissions to automated email communication and supporting workflows. • Developed the product strategy and architecture for a standalone Revenue Audit SaaS. • Building an independent audit engine designed to audit revenue systems, identify and quantify leakage, generate forecasts, run simulations, and produce structured recommendations. • Implementing automated report generation with downloadable PDF output. • Own product requirements, implementation direction, testing, debugging, integrations, and deployment.
