I will create, update or fix a web form for you

I will Fix/Update or Create a new Web Form for you. Form Will use latest HTML/CSS standards and if needed, PHP will be used for backend tasks like saving data or sending data via Email.

Forms would be thoroughly tested and will be equipped with Validated and possibly captcha depending on package you have selected.

- Baseline Package deals with simple one step form, including all the necessary items but work not more than 1 to 2 hours.

- Next Package covers possibly multi step forms or any other special requirements which make the work over 2 hours, up to 5 hours max.

- The Advanced package supports big forms with work requirement of 8 hours max, special attention, captcha and other advance features included.
