What languages can the AI process?
German, French, English, Romanian and most other European languages. The AI reads emails in their original language without translation. Basic package covers 1 language, Standard covers 3, Premium is unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract. Monthly service can be cancelled with 30 days notice. For project-based orders, the Fiverr standard cancellation policy applies.
I'm not technical, can I still use this?
Absolutely. Setup requires only one simple email forwarding rule (I'll send you a step-by-step guide). No coding, no IT department, no complex installation.
Is my business email data kept confidential?
Yes. I only use the sample emails and workflow details needed to build your automation. Your business data is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties.
Do I need to give you my email password?
No. Please do not send passwords. If access is needed, I will guide you through safer options such as limited access, test accounts, API keys, or screen-shared setup.
Can I send anonymised sample emails?
Yes. You can remove names, phone numbers, addresses, customer details, prices, or sensitive company information. I can still map the workflow using realistic examples.
Will the AI send emails automatically?
Only if that is clearly agreed. For most business workflows, I recommend human approval before sending replies, especially for customer issues, invoices, complaints, legal, or financial messages.
