Is this an inbound or outbound calling service?
This gig covers an inbound receptionist: approved FAQs, qualification and the selected handoff or integration. Outbound campaigns and bulk calling are not included.
Are phone numbers and call usage included?
No. Your Vapi, telephony, voice and model providers bill usage separately. We confirm the required accounts and expected usage assumptions before starting.
Can the assistant transfer callers to my team?
The Standard and Premium packages include one supported human-transfer route. Provide the destination and business-hour rules; we test the agreed fallback when transfer is unavailable.
Can it book appointments or update my CRM?
The Premium package includes one agreed workflow with one existing booking system or CRM that exposes a compatible API. Complex scheduling, payments or multiple integrations require separate scope.
What will I receive at handoff?
You receive the agreed assistant configuration, custom integration source where applicable, test notes and setup instructions. Revisions adjust the agreed scope, not new features or extra languages.
