I build a practical Excel inventory tracker for a bar, wine shop, cafe, or small beverage business. The Basic package covers up to 50 drinks or products. The workbook includes a product list, entries for stock received and stock used or sold, and a calculated remaining balance. I add clear formatting and a short guide so you can maintain it. Please provide product names, units, opening quantities, and any sample transactions. This is an Excel file for manual entry, with up to 3 formulas and one revision. It does not connect to a POS system or include macros.
