What do you need before starting?
A dimensioned plan or clear sketch, ceiling height, reference images, material preferences and requested camera views. For complex rooms, message me first so I can confirm the scope and turnaround.
What counts as a revision?
Minor changes to materials, lighting, furniture placement or details within the agreed brief. A new layout, new room or major redesign is additional work and needs a separate quote.
Are source files and construction drawings included?
Packages include final JPG/PNG renders. Editable Blender/Revit files, animations, 360 views and construction or permit drawings are not included. Please discuss any additional deliverables before ordering.
