Do you need admin access to my tenant?
Yes — Global Admin or a scoped role (Security Administrator + Conditional Access Administrator) depending on the package. I'll only touch what's needed for the agreed scope, and you can remove access once the work is delivered.
Will this cause any downtime or disruption for my users?
No downtime expected. Most changes (Conditional Access, MFA policies, Defender tuning) are configuration-level and applied without interrupting normal use. For anything with a wider impact, I'll flag it and agree timing with you first.
Do I need to already have Microsoft Defender licensed?
Yes, this gig covers optimising an existing Defender/Secure Score setup rather than a fresh deployment. If you're not sure what you currently have, message me and I can advise before you order.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Not by default. However I am happy to be contacted for anything you need and offer ongoing support in the future like periodic reviews etc.
Will Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) rules or other Defender changes break anything for my users?
ASR rules are high-impact but can affect legitimate apps. I enable them in Audit mode first, review impact, then move to Block mode (or add exclusions). No enforced changes without you knowing in advance.
