Will testing break my live website or chatbot?
No. All tests are non-destructive. I avoid anything that deletes data or overloads your server. If you prefer, give me a staging copy instead of the live site.
What do you need from me to start?
The URL or chatbot link, test accounts for each user role (e.g. user and admin), anything that’s off-limits, and written confirmation that you own the system or are authorized to have it tested.
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers one small web app or one simple chatbot. Standard covers a web app with its API, or a chatbot that uses your data or tools. Premium covers all three together. Message me if you’re unsure.
Do you fix the vulnerabilities too?
The report gives step-by-step fixes your developer can follow. If you’d like me to implement the fixes, I can send a custom offer.
What is prompt injection, and why does my chatbot need testing?
Prompt injection is when a user tricks your AI into ignoring its instructions, for example to reveal hidden prompts, leak customer data or misuse connected tools. Most AI chatbots are never tested for it before launch.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Access is used only for the agreed test, findings are shared only with you, and I delete test credentials and notes after delivery.
What is a “revision” in this gig?
A revision is a retest. After you fix the issues, I test again to confirm they’re closed and update the report.
