Do we need to provide a script?
Not at all. Scriptwriting is included in every package. Just send us a few details about your product or service, and we'll handle the rest — or if you already have a script, feel free to send it over.
Do you create SaaS or app explainer videos?
Yes — this is one of our specialties. We regularly produce SaaS explainer videos and product demo animations, including app interface walkthroughs, feature highlights, and screen recordings woven directly into the animation.
Can you create videos in languages other than English?
Yes, we offer voiceovers in multiple languages and accents, including US, UK, Australian, Indian, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, German, and Arabic. Message us before ordering to confirm your specific language.
Can I change the script after submitting it?
We recommend finalizing your script before approval, since voice recording begins right after. If changes are needed after recording has started, a small additional fee may apply to cover the re-recording.
What does "unlimited revisions" actually include?
Unlimited revisions covers all animation adjustments — characters, colors, scenes, timing, and visuals — once your script is approved. It does not include rewriting the script itself, since that's finalized earlier in the process.
Can I order more than 90 seconds?
Yes. Just send us your script or brief and we'll create a custom offer based on length and complexity. We regularly produce longer SaaS demo videos and explainer videos for enterprise clients.
What if I'm not happy with the final video?
We'll work with you through unlimited revisions until you're satisfied. If you're still not happy after that, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
