First enter your server and look at the cleanliness (layout) of the server. Make recommendations to your server if any. Will engage with your community to ensure happiness is being achieved while they are in your server. I will enforce rules and discipline accordingly with kick/bans depending on severity. I will manage all server bots if any to ensure all are running properly and not causing mishaps.
