You receive a cleaned XLSX or CSV file, a summary of changes and any unclear records flagged for review. No Python installation or code execution is required.

What do you need to get started?
Please provide your Excel or CSV files, the changes you need and your preferred output format. For duplicate removal, specify which columns identify a duplicate and which record to keep. An example of the expected result is helpful. Remove unnecessary sensitive information before sharing.
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers formatting and duplicate removal in one file. Standard and Premium also include approved corrections and merging of up to three or five same-layout files. Choose according to the package limits and your requirements. Send a sample first if you are unsure.
What counts as a cleaning rule?
One rule is one agreed operation, such as removing extra spaces from specified columns, removing duplicates by customer ID, or standardizing a date column. Basic includes up to three rules, Standard five and Premium eight. Rules must fall within the services included in your package.
How are rows and files counted?
Row limits apply to all input files combined, before cleaning and excluding headers. Each file must contain one data table with up to 20 columns. A workbook containing several tables or sheets needs a scope review before ordering.
Can you merge files with different layouts?
Standard and Premium combine files with matching column names and meanings into one table. Matching unrelated tables or reconciling different structures is not included. Send representative samples before ordering so I can assess the work and quote separately where appropriate.
Can you fix missing information or ambiguous values?
In Standard and Premium, I apply your approved correction rules or replacement values. I flag missing information, ambiguous dates and conflicting records rather than guessing. Finding missing information online and fuzzy matching of names or companies are not included.
Will you preserve formulas, macros and complex layouts?
These packages deliver cleaned data in a new file. They do not include preserving or repairing formulas, macros, dashboards or complex workbook layouts. Tell me before ordering if your source contains these features so I can confirm whether the data can be processed within scope.
What does a revision include?
The revision allowance shown in your package covers adjustments within the agreed scope. New files, additional rules or new features may require a separate quote. Errors in applying the agreed instructions will be corrected without an additional charge.
Do we need a call or access to my accounts?
No. This service is handled through Fiverr messages, files and screenshots. Live calls are not included, and I do not need your account passwords or remote access to your computer. We confirm the requirements in writing before processing your files.
What if I need more files or rows processed?
Please message me before ordering with a representative sample, the total number of files and rows, and the changes you need. I’ll review the volume, file structures and complexity. If the work is suitable, I’ll provide a custom offer with a clearly defined scope, price and delivery time.
