Clean and summarize sales CSV or Excel data. Each row is one sale or refund event with ID, date, type, positive amount, currency and channel. Keep your headers; I can map them from an anonymized sample.
You receive an editable XLSX with accepted rows, exceptions, a change log and a summary. Duplicates and uncertain rows are listed and excluded from totals. Sales, refunds and net transaction flow are calculated separately per currency. Net is not profit.
Basic: 1 file, 100 data rows, 15 columns. Standard: 1 file, 2,000 rows, 20 columns, date/channel breakdowns and 2 charts for one chosen currency. Premium: up to 3 files with identical headers, 5,000 rows combined, 20 columns each, plus per-file comparison and charts. Delivery: 2/2/3 days; 1/1/2 in-scope revisions.
Files: UTF-8 CSV or one-sheet XLSX, up to 5 MiB each. Dates must be unambiguous; USD/CNY/HKD only. No FX conversion, formulas/macros, multi-table joins, bookkeeping, tax, bank reconciliation or audit. Charts need valid rows in the chosen currency.
Remove personal/contact/payment identifiers before upload. The gallery uses synthetic data, not client work. Processing is local with no AI API.
FAQ
Can you use my current column names?
Yes, if each header maps one-to-one to transaction ID, date, sale/refund type, amount, currency and channel. Send a few anonymized rows to confirm mapping and date/type conventions. Complex joins are outside scope.
Are the results bookkeeping or an audit?
No. Net is accepted sales minus accepted refunds in the same currency. It is not profit or an accounting/tax audit. Uncertain and duplicate rows are listed separately and excluded from totals.
What does the revision include?
A revision corrects the agreed output for the original file(s), row/column limits and rules. Basic/Standard include one; Premium includes two. New data, extra files or changed business rules need a separate scope review.
