Do you need my admin password?
I need WordPress admin access, and sometimes hosting or FTP access if the site is down. I take a backup before I change anything. Please change your passwords after the work is done.
What if you cannot fix it?
I will tell you clearly what I found and why. We can then cancel the order, so you are not left waiting.
Do you fix sites that are not WooCommerce?
Yes, I also fix general WordPress problems on any theme or plugin, but WooCommerce is my main focus. Message me first and I will tell you if I can help.
Can you add a new feature or build a plugin?
Small changes are fine. For bigger work like a custom feature or plugin, message me first and I will send a custom offer.
