What happens to my data?
Only what you send me for the task. I work from Germany, delete it after delivery if you ask, and sign an NDA if you need one. Your data is never used to train a model.
What if the automation gets something wrong?
That is what the pilot is for. You get the measured error rate before you commit to anything. And where the machine is unsure, the script flags the row for a human instead of guessing.
Which tasks are actually worth automating?
The ones you repeat at least monthly and that follow a pattern. If you do it twice a year, a script costs more than the work itself. I will tell you when that is your case.
Do I need to install anything?
Usually you run one command or open one file. If you want it fully hands off, I can put it on a schedule so it runs by itself. Tell me what your team is comfortable with.
