I will create 3d robot model, sci fi mech, mecha character, hard surface model

About this gig
Are you looking for an experienced 3D hard-surface artist to design custom sci-fi mechs, industrial robots, or battle-ready mecha characters? I specialize in creating functional, highly detailed, and optimized 3D mechanical models designed specifically for Unreal Engine 5, Unity, VRChat, and 3D printing.
Mechanical models require precise panel alignment, clean joint architecture, and proper edge flow. I ensure every hydraulic, vent, and armor plate is positioned realistically while keeping the asset fully optimized for performance.
What I can create:
- 3D robot models
- Sci-fi mech models
- Hard surface characters
- Futuristic androids
- Mechanical characters
- Robotic creatures
- Drones and futuristic machines
- Sci-fi armor designs
- Industrial robots
- Game-ready robot assets
- Cinematic robot models
- Mechanical concept models
Software Pipeline:
- Primary Tools: Blender, Maya, Substance 3D Painter, Marmoset Toolbag.
- Engine & Pipeline Ready: Native export for UE5, Unity, and Godot.
- File Deliverables: .FBX, .OBJ, .BLEND, along with 2K/4K PBR Texture Sets.

FAQ
Can you design a 3D mech from my rough sketches or mood board?
Yes! I can work from detailed concept art, rough pencil sketches, or even a collection of reference images. I will refine the silhouette and hard-surface paneling to make sure your 3D mech looks functional and visually striking.
Is the 3D robot model ready for rigging and animation?
Yes. Every mech and robot mesh is built with clean joint geometry and separated mechanical components (limbs, pistons, hydraulics, heads).
How do you optimize complex mechs for game engine performance?
I use a high-to-low poly workflow. The fine mechanical details (panel lines, bolts, bevels) are sculpted onto a high-poly mesh and baked onto a clean, optimized low-poly game mesh via normal maps. This delivers AAA visual fidelity while maintaining high framerates in UE5 and Unity.
Can you prepare the mech or robot model for 3D printing?
Yes! If you need the model for 3D printing (STL format), let me know in advance. I will convert the mech into a watertight mesh, hollow the larger sections, and split complex limbs into keying-ready pieces for easy printing and assembly.
