What do I need to provide?
Your trained model (.pkl, .h5, .pt) or the notebook that trains it, plus the dataset or a sample. If you don't have a model yet, see my machine learning model gig.
SHAP or LIME, which is better?
SHAP gives consistent global and local explanations. LIME is fast for individual cases. Using both lets you cross-check results, which reviewers value.
Does it work with deep learning models?
Yes. I use DeepExplainer or GradientExplainer for Keras and PyTorch, and LIME for text and images.
Are the plots publication quality?
Yes. I export clean 300 to 600 DPI figures with readable feature names. A 600 DPI journal pack is available as an extra.
Will you explain what the plots mean?
Every order includes a technical summary of the key drivers. You interpret and report them in your own work.
Is my model confidential?
Yes. Your model and data are used only for your order and deleted on request.
