• Application schematics for MCUs, SMPS and others
• Power distribution - sinks and sources
• Voltage and current ratings of used passives
• Pinning of standard connectors like JTAG, USB, HDMI..
• Crystal parameters and load capacitors

Ensure your schematic has a good readability. You should adhere to some Best Practises and standard. You can learn best by reading some other schematics first.
