Do I need to contact you before ordering?
It helps. Send me the error log or a link to the failed build first. Within a few hours I tell you whether it is fixable and which package fits. That costs you nothing.
What kind of errors do you fix?
Failed builds on Vercel and Netlify, 404s after refresh, blank pages, broken routing, environment variables not loading, wrong build commands, domains that will not resolve and SSL that will not issue.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Invite me to the Vercel or Netlify project as a member. If a domain is involved, I send you the DNS records to paste in yourself. I never ask for a password.
What if the error is in my backend or database?
This gig covers the build and deployment layer. If the cause turns out to be backend or database logic, I tell you what I found and where the problem sits, instead of charging you for guesswork.
Which frameworks and hosts do you support?
React, Next.js, Vite, Astro, plain HTML/CSS/JS and most Node based builds, deployed on Vercel, Netlify or GitHub Pages. On something unusual? Message me first and I will tell you honestly.
What if you cannot fix it?
Then I say so before you order, which is why I ask for the error log first. If it turns out bigger than the package, I explain it and we agree a custom offer instead of me guessing on your budget.
