How do I know which package to choose?
If you have one small bug or a single CSS/alignment issue, the Basic package is perfect. If your site has multiple errors or needs a full page made responsive, please message me first so I can suggest the right package.
What do you need from me to start?
I need your WordPress Admin login. If the site is completely down (White Screen of Death), I will also need your Hosting or cPanel login to fix it through the server files.
Will my website go offline while you are fixing it?
No. I work carefully to ensure your website remains live and accessible. If a major change is required that might affect the layout, I will perform the fix during your lowest traffic hours or use a maintenance mode.
Can you fix issues on mobile and tablet devices?
Yes. I can fix any responsive design issues. Your website will be tested to ensure it looks and functions perfectly on all screen sizes, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
What if you can't fix the issue?
If the issue is technically impossible to resolve or outside the scope of WordPress/Elementor capabilities, I offer a full refund. Your satisfaction and site security are my top priorities.
