No, I handle everything from scratch including account creation. If you already have one, I can work with it too.
Can you migrate my existing newsletter from Mailchimp, Beehiiv, or ConvertKit?
Yes, I migrate full subscriber lists, existing posts, and content from Beehiiv, Ghost, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, and Medium to Substack without data loss.
Will my Substack have a custom domain?
Yes, custom domain setup is included in the Standard and Premium packages. You just need to own the domain.
Do you design the newsletter or just set it up?
Both. I handle the full design including animated email headers, footer, newsletter layout, and branding, not just technical configuration.
Can you set up paid subscriptions and monetization?

What do I need to provide before we start?
