Sessions are conducted online. The session link is shared only through Fiverr's delivery page, after the client confirms readiness via chat. Delivery must be accepted before the session begins.

If you miss a session without notice or cancel at the last moment, it’s a no-show and non-refundable. If you don’t respond within 14 days, the session will be lost and requires rebooking. For packages, all sessions must be used within 30 days, otherwise they expire without refund.

You may reschedule once per session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Further rescheduling requests will require a new booking. Please notify in advance to avoid being marked as a no-show.

All shared information is kept confidential. Session notes (if taken) are stored securely and not shared unless legally required (e.g., risk of harm). No sessions are recorded or distributed.

Yes. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the session terms and policies listed here. This ensures a respectful, professional, and protected working relationship.

Delivery includes the session link only. The same link will be used for all sessions in your package. Any written documents included in your package will be delivered after all sessions are completed.
