FAQ
Can I trust Kong_Vector Team?
With more than 10 years experience of creating more than 50k Custom Design and Animation for Streamers, it has crowned Kong Vector as the largest and the most trusted custom design source for streamers in the world! We are FAST, RELIABLE & AFFORDABLE!
How FAST does Kong_Vector work ?
We can guarantee that we will never miss the deadline to send you the first preview of your project. It will always be sent to you in time. Since day one, a late delivery has never been in our track record. No one can do that, except Kong_Vector Team!
How RELIABLE is Kong_Vector?
We are very well-organized and always take every order and customer seriously. Our 24/7 exceptional customer support will also ensure a prompt and maximum service. Rest assure, we will keep you updated and respond to your inquiries in no time :) When we say 24/7, it's LITERALLY 24 hours non-stop!
What if I don't have any concept for the badge (s)?
If you hardly know what you want, no worries, we can have an open-ended communication to figure it out together :)
How many badges am I supposed to get for $10?
1 badge only, resized in 3 emote sizes (72px, 36px and 18px). This price doesn't give you a source file (AI file) nor a big size PNG either :) A request for a source file and/or big size PNG will cause an additional cost.
Your portfolio displays many badge variations (base, 3 months, 6 months, 9 month, 1 year, etc), will I get all of those variations for $10?
$10 will give you ONE variation of badge only, for example: the base badge only :)
Your packages only offer 1 badge only, what if I need more?
No problem, just add on the number of the quantity until it shows the number of the sub badges you need.
Can I have more than 1 object/ character for each badge?
Only 1 human or animal character or an object is allowed. The more figures in a badge, the harder to see the details since a badge size is really tiny.
What if I'm not happy with the delivery ?
Tell us EVERYTHING you wish to be improved. You can have unlimited number of changes, till you're satisfied & accept the order. But, it doesn't cover a change of your initial concept/rework the whole thing in the middle of the process. If you are still not happy, we'll give your m0ney back!

I initially was not sure what my badges would be, but gave Kong an idea or two, and we went from there. While I wasn’t sure the 1st pass through fit my brand (my fault as I was vague), we talked further and I gave them some reference photos which helped. Kong then came up with a better design than I had hoped for! I would absolutely work with them again!
