What audio quality do you need?
Clear audio with minimal background noise works best. I can handle mild accents and moderate noise, but please message me first if the audio is heavily accented or recorded in a noisy environment—I'll give you an honest assessment before you order.
What's the difference between clean-read and verbatim?
Clean-read removes filler words ("um", "uh", false starts) for a polished, readable transcript. I also include a summary for scanning. Verbatim captures everything exactly as spoken, including pauses and repetitions.
Can you handle sensitive or confidential content?
Yes. I have experience transcribing clinical psychology interviews and research sessions that involve sensitive personal information. I treat all content with full confidentiality and do not share or store files after delivery.
What file formats do you accept?
I accept MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV, MOV, and most common audio/video formats. If you have a different format, message me and I'll let you know if it works.
What if my audio is longer than your package covers?
