Should I contact you before ordering?
For a small, clearly defined bug, you can order directly. For larger features, multiple issues, legacy applications, or problems without an obvious cause, please message me first.
Can you work with an existing codebase?
Yes. Most of this Gig is specifically intended for existing applications. I am comfortable investigating unfamiliar code and working within the project's existing architecture.
Can you fix backend problems too?
Yes, when the application uses technologies within my stack, particularly TypeScript/Node.js APIs and PostgreSQL. If the problem is mainly backend-related, my API Gig may be a better fit.
Do you only work with React?
React and TypeScript are the main focus of this Gig. Contact me first if your application contains other technologies.
Will you rewrite my application?
Not unless there is a strong technical reason and we agree on it first. I prefer targeted fixes and incremental improvements over unnecessary rewrites.
What counts as a revision?
A revision means correcting or adjusting the delivered work within the original agreed scope. New functionality is not considered a revision.
