GoHighLevel custom app development: I build the software GHL cannot do natively, then wire AI into it.


Private and Marketplace apps, API integrations, and the workflows and dashboards around them. Engineered, not glued together with Zapier.


What I build:

- Private GHL apps: OAuth 2.0 install flow, token refresh, encrypted token storage

- HighLevel API v2: contacts, opportunities, conversations, calendars, payments

- Webhooks both ways: signature checks, retries, idempotency, dead-letter logging

- Middleware and queues in Node, Python or Next.js with Postgres or Supabase

- Dashboards, portals and GHL workflows on live data

- Snapshot packaging and rollout for sub-accounts

- AI on top: conversation AI, chatbots, voice agents, knowledge base from your docs

- Sync and migration from legacy CRMs, Sheets, Airtable or database


I map the data model, build in a staging sub-account, then hand over repo access, a Loom and docs. Rate limits, pagination and failed calls are handled in the build, not in a follow-up ticket.
